Summary
Adds the missing AUTH_TYPE = AUTH_OAUTH step to the SSO documentation.
PR #59529 clarifies that webserver_config.py is still used, but doesn't explain how to enable OAuth. Users configure OAUTH_PROVIDERS but OAuth never activates because AUTH_TYPE defaults to AUTH_DB.
